CQ action is a part of the whole CQ and it is one of the main parts of the cultural intelligence. CQ actions are basically improving cultural intelligence via behavior, both non-verbal and verbal (Menzies, 2015). CQ actions are mainly responsible for improving a person’s social relationships. Making a person’s verbal communications and non-verbal gestures flexible enough so that it can be helpful to gain more knowledge about a culture. CQ actions are basically putting on work the strategies set by the person to cope with a new culture. CQ action is very much needed in order to enhance a person’s CQ.
